Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take

Excellent staff made our stay enjoyable with warm welcomes and helpful tips, while the big, cozy apartment with modern amenities enhanced our experience.

we had a large bedroom. the venue was in a central location not far from the centre of the old town square, main market square where the christmas markets are and a quiet area about a 15 minute walk from the old town. furthermore, in a nice neighborhood.

The service was attentive with parking nearby. The staff was accommodating and amicable and created quiet atmosphere. The hotel had a central position close enough to restaurants or book transfers, old town, shoping mall, public transport and garden.

I loved staying here, as it was just a ten-minute walk from the main square and offered quick access to the beautiful Botanic Garden of the Jagiellonian University. The staff were warm and cute, providing excellent tips on the city's best spots to visit.

The venue was in a central location near the town centre and the train station, and the Galeria Krakowska/Glowny train station. We had a large bedroom. The service was excellent!

Truly enjoyed the way our spotless room on the lower floors was. Location: the hotel was next to the main train station, the square and shopping centre and restaurants or book transfers.

Had a grand time staying here! The breakfast was mighty with fresh options and made-to-order eggs. The staff were real sound, always eager to help. Just a bit of a hike with no lift, but that didn't dampen me spirits!

A walk to main attractions can feel tiresome after a day of exploration, with some guests mentioning minimal English TV channels which limits downtime entertainment options.

The staff were amazing. Took great care of us and even arranged airport transfers for convenience. The small, cosy courtyard was perfect for breakfast. With a good spread of fresh fruits and local specialties.

Was all great. A few more vegan options would be nice.

The place has a unique charm with spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens, and the cleanliness is excellent-super clean every day. The outdoor courtyard is a nice respite, and the complimentary touches like chocolates on the pillows add a sweet twist.

The bathroom could use attention. Some lights were out, and the decor felt a bit overly simplistic compared to the vibrant city outside. It's a trek to the main attractions, too, so don't expect a quick stroll after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning had some issues-more of a dry breeze than real cooling, a letdown during warmer days. Using a cumbersome nine-digit code for room access? Not my idea of convenience.

My stay was comfortable with a clean apartment, but carrying bags up three flights was tough.

The air conditioning unit was not efficient. It was a free-standing type instead of a wall-mounted one, leaving the room dry. Using a nine-digit code for entry to the room felt cumbersome and unnecessary. The ventilation system in the hallway emitted a strange smell that was off-putting. Having a simplified key option could enhance convenience.

Topolowa Residence, Loftaffair Collection is beautifully decorated, with a classic wooden staircase and marble floors. The stylish decor added a sense of comfort and elegance throughout my stay.
